As all mugs are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if an error was made by Y Print Lab.
Artwork Approval
Production begins only after all artwork and order details have been reviewed and approved by the customer.
Once approval has been given, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
Once production begins, personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Color & Print Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations in colors may occur due to differences in monitor settings, printing methods, garment materials, and production processes. These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We offer both local pickup in Calgary and shipping outside Calgary.
Local Pickup — Calgary
Free local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 5–7 business days after artwork approval.
Shipping Outside Calgary
We offer shipping for customers outside Calgary.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Order quantity
Orders shipped outside Calgary usually arrive within 12–18 business days after production, depending on the destination and carrier.
Production Time
All custom products are made to order. Production starts after artwork approval.
